The recipe used by second place winner of the 2022 World AeroPress Championship, Simon Derutter.
Ingredients

18g coffee, ground at 23 clicks on Comandante (medium grind)

186g Perfect Coffee Water at 90°C (194°F), divided
Directions
After adding coffee to chamber, add 140g of water all at once.
Insert the plunger into the top of the chamber to halt the brewing. Wait 1 minute and 15 seconds.
Press for 30 seconds.
Add around 46g of water.
