Surprisingly, Irish cream pairs well with matcha. The sweetness of the syrup with notes of Irish whiskey pairs wonderfully with the earthiness of matcha. This rich, yet delicious coffee drink boasts all sorts of different flavors, and the matcha cold foam is festive for spring, summer or St. Patrick’s day! Enjoy this simple iced coffee all year long. 20 grams coffee ground med-fine
150 grams water at 203°F (95°C)
Grind coffee on medium fine setting, add 2 paper filters to the AeroPress Flow Control Filter Cap. Attach cap to AeroPress and add coffee to bottom chamber.
Add 150 grams of ice to glass of choice, Irish cream syrup, and then place AeroPress on top of glass and add 150 grams water to the AeroPress. (Water heated to 203 degrees Fahrenheit.)
Add prepared matcha cold foam* to top of drink.
Optional: Dust matcha powder on top of drink.
