Ingredients

1/4 cup pecan halves

3/4 cup milk

2.5 Tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon cinnamon

22g coffee, ground for espresso
- 130g water, 210°F (99°C)

Whipped cream, pecan crumbles, maple sugar (optional)
Directions
Soak pecans in milk for 5-10 minutes.
Add to blender with maple syrup and cinnamon and blend until smooth.
Double strain the pecan milk and set aside.
Grind coffee to espresso fineness and add to AeroPress.
Add 130g of near-boiling water to AeroPress and stir back & forth aggressively for 20 seconds. Set aside to brew for ~2 minutes.
After ~2 minutes, slowly push down on the AeroPress over 30-45 seconds.
Heat & froth the maple pecan milk.
Add to the coffee and top with whipped cream, crumbled pecans and maple sugar.
