White Chocolate Macadamia Latte with AeroPress Go Plus
Place the Go Plus chamber on top of your tumbler, making sure it’s centered on the tumbler for stability
Add Coffee
Place 15 grams of pre-ground Metric Seismic Blend coffee into the chamber
Add Hot Water
Pour 200 ml of hot water (approximately 185°F / 85°C) into the chamber
Stir and steep entirely past the lip
Stir the coffee gently for about 3 seconds to thoroughly wet the grinds
Gently insert the plunger ½ inch into the top of the chamber, making sure the plunger is entirely passed the lip of the chamber (this creates a vacuum that stops your brew from continuing to drip through into your mug)
Let brew for 2 minutes
Press
After 2 minutes, slowly press down the plunger until you hear a hissing sound, signaling the end of your brew

In a small saucepan over low heat, combine 1 tablespoon of white chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of macadamia nut butter
