A bright, aromatic AeroPress brew where fresh orange infuses the coffee with gentle citrus sweetness and layered complexity.
Place one XL-size AeroPress paper micro-filter into the AeroPress XL Variable Flow Control Cap. Ensure that the Flow Control Cap tab is in the Closed position.
Add one ⅛ inch thick (3mm) whole orange slice on top of the paper filter, and two 1 inch (3 cm) thick half orange slices to the carafe.
Twist the Flow Control Cap onto the AeroPress chamber lightly and place onto the carafe.
Add the coffee grounds to the chamber.
Pour in 90g of water and stir gently. Wait 45 seconds.
Pour in remaining water (to 480g) over the course of 20 seconds.
Move the Flow Control Cap tab to the Open position.
Insert the plunger and press the brew through.
Swirl the brew for extra infusion.
Serve and enjoy!
