Get festive with this tasty pumpkin cream cold brew, decorated with marshmallow fluff ghosts along the sides of the cup. With the AeroPress, this makes the cold brew process a breeze. A tasty delicious cold brew with a creamy spiced cold foam on top, this might just be the drink of the season.
Ingredients

15 grams coffee (ground medium/fine)

Cold filtered water

Optional: cold foam or milk*
Directions
Apply 2 paper filters to AeroPress Flow Control Filter Cap and attach to chamber.
Add 15 grams of medium/fine ground coffee to AeroPress chamber.
Using room temperature or cold filtered water, fill AeroPress to the #4 line
Stir constantly for 60 seconds to agitate the coffee grounds.
Let sit for 90 seconds.
Plunge slowly (30 second plunge) into glass filled with ice.
Top with pumpkin cream cold foam.
Recipe Note
*Optional Cold Foam ingredients:
3 tbsp heavy cream
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp Pumpkin Spice
Cold Foam directions:
Add heavy cream, milk and pumpkin spice to mixing vessel. Whisk with a hand frother until you get a nice and foamy, almost whipped cream texture, but not quite.
