Ingredients

16g Coffee, ground for espresso
90g Water, 212°F (100°C)
1tsp Matcha Powder
60g Water

Directions

Sift 1tsp Matcha Powder into a small bowl and whisk aggressively until aerated.
Prepare AeroPress coffee maker for brewing in the upright position (preferably over a serving carafe) with the Flow Control cap and paper filter.
Grind 16g coffee to about an espresso-fine grind, dump into AeroPress
Add 90g boiling water, wait about 10 seconds for grounds to settle, then stir aggressively for 10 seconds. Place AeroPress plunger on top to help retain heat. Set aside and let steep for 2 minutes.
Give the AeroPress a quick swirl, wait 30 seconds, then begin to plunge and push down over 30-45 seconds.
Add Matcha base into a serving glass, top with ice and milk until almost full.
Carefully pour AeroPress coffee brew over top and enjoy!
