The recipe used by 2018 World AeroPress Championship third place winner 3rd: Evgeni Pinchukov of Belarus.
Ingredients

15g coffee, grind size 8/10 (1=very fine, 10=very coarse)

230g water at 80°C / 176°F
Directions
Set up AeroPress coffee maker in the standard position, and use two AeroPress paper micro-filters rinsed with hot water.
Start your timer. Add coffee and 50g of water into chamber and let it bloom.
Stir and then wait for 30 sec. Add 180g of water into chamber.
Wait until timer is at 1 min 5 sec, then stir.
Replace plunger on top of the chamber and start pressing.
Press until the coffee grounds in the chamber are just visible above the water line and stop.
