An adaptation of the recipe used by 2009 World AeroPress Champion Lukasz Jura of Poland.
Ingredients

17g coffee, coarse grind

200ml water at 92°C / 198°F, Aquacode water with average 130ppm
Directions
Screw the AeroPress Flow Control Filter Cap onto the AeroPress chamber.
Add the coffee, and add around 50g of water to the coffee grounds.
Start stirring in a controlled way so that all the grounds are wet. (e.g. 4, 6, or 8 times)
Add remaining water.
Wait for 2:05 minutes, then start pressing.
Press for 15 seconds.
Enjoy.
