An adaptation of the recipe used by 2015 World AeroPress Champion Lukas Lot of Slovakia.
Ingredients

260g water, 176°F (80°C), divided

20g coffee, fine grind size (4 out of 10)
Directions
Place one paper micro-filter into the AeroPress Flow Control Filter Cap.
Pour 60g of water.
Agitate for 15 seconds.
Pour another 200g of water and start pressing right away.
Stop just below the (1) on the AeroPress chamber (don’t push all the water through).
Total time should be about 2 minutes.
