A variation of the recipe used by 2018 World AeroPress Champion Carolina Ibarra Garay of the USA.
Ingredients

34.9 g coffee, grind size fine (Comandante 15 clicks)

160 ml water at 85°C / 185°F, plus 40 ml water at room temperature
Directions
Assemble the AeroPress coffee maker with 2 rinsed paper filters, grind the coffee, and carefully scoop it into the chamber. Knock the side of the chamber a few times to level the bed of coffee grounds.
Pour 100 ml of water for 30 seconds.
Stir clockwise (I used chopsticks) for 30 seconds, making sure not to touch the paper filters.
Using a non-preheated vessel, insert the top of the plunger and carefully press using your forearm and body weight, for 30 seconds (plunge even past the hiss).
Top the brew with 60 ml of 85°C / 185°F water, plus 40 ml room temperature water.
Drink right away :)
