The recipe used by 2022 World AeroPress Championship 3rd place winner Jennifer Rui Ping Ho of Singapore.
Ingredients

18g coffee, ground with Comandante at 30 clicks (coarse)

200ml Perfect Coffee Water at 84°C (183°F)
Directions
Set up AeroPress coffee maker in the inverted position with one AeroPress paper micro-filter.
Pour grounds into chamber.
Pour 100ml of water and stir gently.
Bloom 30 secs, add 100ml. Stir gently.
At 1:30, flip and press for 30 seconds. End brew at 2 mins.
Aerate and serve.
