The recipe used by 2018 World AeroPress Championship second place winner 2nd: Xiaobo Zhang of China.
Ingredients

31g coffee, grind size 10/10 (1=very fine, 10=very coarse)

220g water at 80°C / 176°F
Directions
Set up the AeroPress coffee maker in the inverted position, using one Kalita 95mm paper filter rinsed with cold water.
Add 30g of coffee into chamber.
Add 100g of water in 15 sec. Stir for 15 sec.
Add 70g of water.
Add 1g of very finely ground coffee (like espresso).
Attach filter cap, flip the AeroPress and press for 45 sec.
Top up brew with 50g of water.
Enjoy.
