The recipe used by 2015 World AeroPress Championship second place winner Nick Hatch of Canada.
Ingredients

17.5g coffee, ground at 17 on a Baratza Virtuoso grinder

260g water at 85°C / 185°F
Directions
Set up the AeroPress coffee maker in the standard position using one paper micro-filter.
Grind coffee at 17 on a Baratza Virtuoso grinder
Heat water to 85°C
Add 50-60g of water. Stir five times
Allow 25 seconds of bloom
Add the rest of the water in 20 seconds
Press down for 60 seconds, into a chilled cup
