2022 World AeroPress Champion Jibbi Little ("The Thunder from Down Under") shares her winning recipe.
Ingredients

18g coffee, ground through two grinders: 1) Timemore at a very coarse grind, then blow out the silver skin. 2) Follow with a Kinu grinder at setting 4. Sift the fines out (those fines at 100-200 microns) or EK 10 (no sifting).

About 154g water at 92°C (198°F), divided
Directions
Set up the AeroPress coffee maker, using one Aesir paper filter (non-rinsed).
Start with 20g of cold water in the server (to stop extraction).
Pour coffee into chamber.
Pour 94ml of water and stir 12 times gently.
At 1:20, place on the plunger.
At 1:30, press gently.
You will have about 90g total (70g of concentrate + 20g cold water).
Bypass 90°C (194°F) water to 150g.
Aim for a TDS reading of 1.3 – 1.35 (it is amazing at this strength).
Serve.
