I think this recipe is great because it produces a good balance of acidity and sweetness, with a clean finish. I hope those who use my recipe with the AeroPress Flow Control Filter Cap will experience the same. Happy experimenting!
Ingredients

18g coffee, ground on Comandante C40 at 22 clicks

180ml (80°C/176°F) + 20ml (room temperature), Sanford Water
Directions
Place the filters (2x Cafec light roast filters modified to fit the AeroPress Flow Control Filter Cap, rinsed) inside the AeroPress Flow Control Filter Cap and screw the cap onto the AeroPress Chamber.
Place the AeroPress chamber onto a sturdy mug and pour in the coffee.
Pour 180g of water into the AeroPress chamber. Start the timing when the pour starts.
Stir slowly 8 times.
Wait until 01:40 and start pressing at 02:00.
Dilute with 20ml of room temperature water.
Serve and enjoy.
