An adaptation of the recipe used by 2017 World AeroPress Champion 1st place winner, Paulina Miczka of England.
Ingredients

35g coffee, V60 grind size

300-350ml water at 84°C / 183°F, divided
Directions
Grind 35g of coffee.
Attach the AeroPress Flow Control Filter Cap with 1 pre-wet paper filter to the bottom of the AeroPress Chamber.
Put the ground coffee in.
Add 150ml of water and mix with the bamboo coffee stirrer (or the back of a table spoon) for 20 seconds.
At 1:05 minutes, insert the plunger and start pressing.
At 1.35, stop pressing.
Add 150-200ml of water from the same kettle.
