About the Program
AeroPress is proud to support baristas on their journey to grow and refine their craft. Whether you’re pursuing formal training, competing in a coffee event, or exploring something else to help you take the next step in your coffee career — we want to know about it. We’re sponsoring select baristas who apply, and offering a special discount to all baristas, with the goal of helping build a more skilled and empowered coffee community.

Who’s Eligible for the Everyday Heroes Discount?
We’re honored to offer this discount to individuals who make a meaningful impact in their communities every day, including:
Healthcare Workers – Those who work in a healthcare or social care setting, including healthcare students, frontline healthcare workers and other healthcare workers not in direct patient contact.
Teachers – Individuals involved in teaching, including classroom teachers, special education teachers, and one-to-one teaching inside or outside a regular classroom. Also includes chairpersons of departments whose duties include some amount of teaching.
First Responders – EMTs, paramedics, police officers, fire and rescue, law enforcement and those responsible for going immediately to the scene of an accident or emergency.
Military Service Members – Those who are within the military full-time, reserves, and veterans.
Charity Workers – Includes paid employees and volunteers within a charity.
