Her content aims to demystify complex coffee topics, invite people into the roastery, and equip roasters to be a stronger and more responsible link in the supply chain. In addition to making content online, Kat also loves to travel and meet people in person, as well as publish Coffee People Zine - her art/coffee zine dedicated to the creativity of the coffee community.
