Eduardo Choza is the 2024 US Coffee Roasting Champion and a coffee professional with over 10 years of experience specializing in roasting, quality evaluation, operational growth, and coffee education. He is Co-Owner of A Toda Madre Roasters and a champion for cultural representation in the coffee industry, as well as the host of Foos in Coffee: a podcast exploring the intersections of coffee, culture, and community. Eduardo was born and raised in Los Angeles and is the son of Mexican immigrants. His heritage and upbringing are a major part of who he is and the projects he engages with.
AeroPress is a product that I have enjoyed for many years as a consumer to make great coffee. We all know it's hard to find good hotel coffee, so I never travel without my AeroPress Go. Making coffee has gotten easier with this amazing handheld grinder! I love how compact it is. The settings are very easy to adjust and smooth to grind, even on its finer settings. I also love how sturdy it feels and how easily the magnetic handle tucks away when not in use.
