I am Diego Baraona, a 30-year-old producer and owner of the Los Pirineos farm. I have been in the coffee world for 5 years, which I entered by fate. My father passed away from COVID in 2020, and as a result of this, I decided to take over the business and continue the legacy of 4 generations before me in coffee growing. Without knowing about the industry and without knowledge of coffee production, agriculture, processing, and exportation, I decided to pick up where my father left his mark, which for me has been a great life experience, thanks to the incredible lessons and obstacles that I have faced. In addition to coffee, I am very passionate about music and sports! I have been running and playing the guitar for 15 years. In my free time, I focus on training and running half marathons and marathons as well as playing music.
