Brandon Lee is the 2023 US AeroPress Champion. What started his coffee journey, just a few short years ago, was the simple desire to improve his daily home brews. As a Comandante user, I rarely use any other manual hand grinder, but after spending some time with the AeroPress grinder, I find myself gravitating away from the Comandante for certain situations and certain coffees. Because of how bulky my Comandante is, the AeroPress grinder will now be the only one I bring on my travels. Despite its size, the grinder also feels really nice in my hands. The weight and metal finish give it a real premium feel. As for the cup, I like the clarity and sweetness the grinder brings. I think it’s a good option for brewing a coffee I haven’t tasted before. I’m very happy with the AeroPress grinder. With its portability, premium feel, and great clean cups, it has become something I’ll reach for in my daily home or travel brews!
