Colombia

Juan is a fourth-generation coffee farmer trying to write his own story through his business, The Coffee Five Project, through which he supports other coffee farmers in acquiring knowledge and best practices to develop high-quality specialty coffees. Juan tries to negotiate these through direct trade, thanks to the fact that The Coffee Five Project are also exporters. Personally, he believes that nothing enriches your knowledge more than the joy of sharing it.

I still can't describe the feeling of awe I felt when I held the grinder in my hands. Not only because of the beauty of its lines, but also because of the sense of power the construction materials and its weight give you. The versatility that the wide range of clicks gives you to modulate the grinds is a plus that definitely influences my purchasing decision. From my first grind, I could identify the quality of the burrs, since boulders and fines never stood out. The grip is undoubtedly exceptional, the machining of the main cylinder ensures coolness when grinding, and when you are outdoors, you appreciate this! This grinder is made for people like me, who like to prepare and enjoy good coffee anywhere, anytime. I love the magnetic handle, its smoothness for grinding coffee beans, and the style for storing the grinder in one piece.
