Warranty
AeroPress brand products have a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase from an authorized retailer (register your product to double your limited warranty to 2 years). If you think you purchased a defective AeroPress product under limited warranty, please contact us to report the issue. We will promptly be in touch.
Warranty for Manual Grinder and Walnut Grinder:
Limited Lifetime Warranty on Burr Set: If Burrs fail under regular use for the lifetime of the product, we will replace them.
1-Year Limited Warranty on Grinder Body (excluding Burr Set): AeroPress products carry a 1 year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from date of purchase from an authorized retailer. Please keep your receipt.
2-Year Extended Limited Warranty on Grinder Body (excluding Burr Set): Register your product to extend your limited warranty from 1 to 2 years.
Maximize the life of your AeroPress
Cleaning
Daily: A simple rinse is sufficient because the plunger wipes the chamber clean as you brew.
Weekly: Clean with lukewarm water, gentle soap, and a gentle cloth to preserve the life of your AeroPress coffee maker.
Monthly: Remove the food-grade silicone seal from the end of the plunger for a good washing inside and out with warm water and dish soap.
Dishwasher: When following guidelines for daily, weekly and monthly cleaning, there is no need to place in a dishwasher. If you decide to clean in a dishwasher, please be sure to place only on the top rack. Note that using the dishwasher may cause the number decals and logo on the chamber to wear away more quickly. The AeroPress Premium is hand-wash only. Please do not place the AeroPress Premium in the dishwasher.
If your chamber gets sticky: Wash it with white vinegar.
Note: All of our presses can stain if oils from the coffee are not cleaned away over a period of time. At a certain point the staining may not be able to be reversed.
