Hi Alan, Love the aeropress and have been using for close to 5 years. Any tips on how to make a more acidic cup? Currently, I do 14 grams of coarse ground, with a very quick steep..say 45seconds-1minute (with the plunger on to keep the pressure) and then press as quick as possible. If you had asked how to make a richer cup, I would have recommended you use a finer grind. If you really do want a more acidic coffee (an unusual request), increase your steep time and/or your water temperature. Also, simply try more grind. You might like the resulting richer flavor.
